Meditation can have numerous benefits for both the mind and body, including reducing stress and increasing mindfulness. The Lovely Lotus offers meditation classes in Historic Downtown Redlands. Our classes include beginner's meditation, which includes breathing techniques, reiki, guided meditation and sound bath healing, we have an in-house Zen Buddhist Monk (Daijo) who leads a more advanced form of meditation, Zen Meditation. He will help you focus on spiritual discipline, alignment and enlightenment.
Our Zen Meditation (advanced) led by Daijo takes place Friday evenings from 6pm to 7:30 pm (gratuity welcome)
